Our standard turnaround time is 15–30 working days (approximately 3–6 weeks), depending on case complexity. For standard cases, delivery is often faster.
How long does it take to receive work from your lab?
We partner with premium couriers (UPS, DHL Medical/Express) and guarantee delivery within 2–3 working days in EU.
What happens if a case needs to be remade?
We offer a no-cost remake guarantee. If the error is on our side, we cover both the remake and express return shipping.
Will shipments face customs delays or duties?
No. Romania and the Netherlands are both EU members, so there are no customs duties or border delays.
Do you keep models on file for quicker remakes?
Yes. For frequent clients, we archive 3D-printed models and digital scans so remakes can be produced and shipped much faster.
How do we avoid language issues with technical specifications?
You will have a dedicated Dutch/English-speaking account manager as your single point of contact.

We use standardized digital order forms and portals with checkboxes, images, and translations to remove ambiguity.

Each case also comes with a traceability card that lists material batch, CE mark, and manufacturer certificates - so you are legally covered during IGJ inspections or insurance audits.
